Wine shipments must be signed for by a person over the age of 21. Many of our shipping members use their place of business. Shipments may be held due to extreme heat or cold temperatures in your area. Please note that if your shipment cannot be delivered on the first delivery attempt, you may be responsible for a re-routing fee and applicable charges to reship your order.
It is our policy to ship pick-up allotments at the member's expense ($25 plus applicable taxes) if not picked up within 6 weeks of the release date or unless otherwise specified.
