The cool-climate site lends vibrant acidity and remarkable purity to the wine. Fresh green apple and pear take the lead, lifted by delicate floral notes and a fine, persistent mousse.Aromas of starfruit, pear, and honeydew unfold with a delicate freshness, leading to a beautifully layered palate of ripe pear and tropical mango. A subtle touch of allspice adds warmth and complexity, while the fine, persistent mousse brings elegance and lift. Bright, textured, and beautifully balanced, this sparkling wine is both refreshing and indulgent, with a long, polished finish.
