This vintage is expressive and aromotically complex, opening with lifted notes of violet blossom and dried hibiscus, seamlessly layered with cedar, white pepper, and subtle dark spice. Savory, herbal hints of epazote and burdock root lend depth and a composed, Andean-inspired complexity, while black cardamom and allspice add warmth without sweetness.

On the palate, marionberry appears with restraint, shaped by a refined, amaro-like bitterness that carries through the mid-palate into a long, savory finish marked by balance, clarity, and subtle persistence.
