Known for its deep color, firm tannins, and lifted aromatics, Petit Verdot is often a quiet powerhouse in Bordeaux-style blends. We like to call it our “secret weapon,” capable of transforming a wine with just a splash. But this vintage, like our past release, proved it deserves the spotlight all on its own! In the glass, this wine is a tapestry of dark, brooding fruit and delicate floral nuance. Aromas of lavender and jasmine rise first, light and ethereal - before giving way to richer layers of ripe plum and wild bramble berries. A grounding note of black tea adds quiet structure, lending balance to the wine’s lush mouthfeel and generous finish.
