Crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise, this Blanc de Blanc showcases 100% Chardonnay from the storied Celilo Vineyard, perched high above the Columbia Gorge. The cool-climate site lends vibrant acidity and remarkable purity to the wine. Fresh green apple and pear take the lead, lifted by delicate floral notes and a fine, persistent mousse. The palate is layered and complex - bright orchard fruit wrapped in warm hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a creamy finish reminiscent of crème brûlée. Elegant and textured, this sparkling wine is both refreshing and indulgent.
